Many star gemstones are moving on Jaipur market. Some new comers like star sunstone with definite 4 rays and star rose quartz are available in quantities.
Star ruby from India is on offer but in commercial to low qualities only. Some better qualities originally from Tanzania are brought back from Chanthaburi market by Indian dealers.
Star diopside (better known as Indian black star) is also back on the market but in small sizes only.
With an ancient, small but regular supply, star garnet (4 rays) is one of the oldest star stones present in the Jaipur market.
